RUSHGREEN BOWMEN

We are a decades old ECAA and Archery GB affiliated club located in Witham, Essex. Primarily an Olympic style recurve focused club, we welcome complete beginners all the way up to competitive archers, as well as all other disciplines bar compound/crossbows. We regularly offer beginners courses taught by experienced members, who too are always happy to help with form/technique/equipment. Whether you’re a solo, family, or junior, irrespective of age/experience/ability, you’ll find a place here. 

 

We train in an indoor sports hall up to 20 yards during the winter, and enjoy the outdoors in summer, shooting up to 70m. Known as the friendliest archery club in Essex, we pride ourselves on our welcoming community, involved volunteers, and many laughs. Over the years, several of our members have excelled in competitions, and many come along for the fun of the sport. If you're considering giving archery a go, we'd love to introduce you.
